Over the last eighteen years James has amassed a record of successful delivery in the health and construction sectors specialising in programmes of strategic change.   Supporting strengths that James has focus on system reviews; market analysis; commercial contract negotiation; bid management; procurement; deal closure and programme management.  Consulting in both the construction and health sectors James has led numerous programmes of change using different business and consulting methodologies which provide beneficial cross sector perspectives.

Working predominantly for public and third sector clients, James has spent a large part of the last decade advising the Department of Health and NHS organisations in the delivery of key policy initiatives.  Advice has been provided to both Providers and Commissioners across a broad spectrum of care and service types.

With strong project leadership and communication skills James has experience of leading and directing large teams of both consultants and NHS employees in successfully delivering programmes of work and communicating at executive and board level.   He is objective driven, capable of formulating clear methodologies to convert strategic goals to realistic deliverables with a breadth of knowledge to support this. He enjoys problem solving as part of a team and has developed numerous systems, introducing efficiencies and saving money without compromising quality of output.
